Return Policy
We have a 15-day refund/exchange policy.
- Merchandise exchanged will be given a full credit, less shipping costs. Merchandise exchanged need not be of equal or greater value. If a lesser value is calculated a refund will be promptly applied.
- All other items must be unworn and in resalable condition (with all paperwork, tags, seals and original wrappings)
- Please contact us for an RA # (Return Authorization Number) before sending returns to us.
- Refunds will be issued less shipping costs.
- Earrings are not included due to CDC health codes.
Shipping Information
All packages will be shipped by USPS, UPS or FedEx. At the time of checkout you will have the opportunity to pick the method in which you choose to have your order shipped.
FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders over $50 (before tax).
